What LoungeOS doesn’t do (yet)

Yes, if the host computer and the Wi-Fi router have backup power. Use a UPS, an inverter, or a laptop as the host. Phones and tablets run on battery, and no internet is needed.

Do I need to change my card machine?

No. Take card payments on your existing machine and record them in LoungeOS as card payments.

Does LoungeOS support tabs for a tavern or bar?

Orders stay open on a table until the bill is paid, so a table works as a running tab. Managers can split or merge bills when groups change.

Is support available in South African time zones?

Support is available by email and phone. South Africa is one hour ahead of Cameroon (West Africa Time), so business hours overlap.
