LoungeOS is engineered under the philosophy that your business data belongs entirely to you. Unlike traditional cloud-dependent POS systems, LoungeOS stores all ticket details, employee audit logs, financial figures, and inventory counts locally on your local network database. No business-critical operational data is transmitted to our servers or third-party cloud providers without your explicit activation and consent.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect the absolute minimum data necessary to support your license and provide customer care:

• License Activation Data: The device UUID, registered business name, and admin phone number/WhatsApp ID are verified during initial installation to activate your 90-day trial or paid license keys.
• Website Interaction Data: When you browse this promotional site, anonymized cookies may track visits to improve page performance, language selection preference, and load speed. No personal information is parsed or stored.
• Support Inquiries: Messages, logs, or screenshots you voluntarily send via our support channels (e.g. WhatsApp) are used solely to debug your local instance.

3. Data Security & Storage

Security is maintained locally on your site. The LoungeOS software uses local database encryption and password protection. You are solely responsible for setting strong administrative credentials to prevent staff or external actors from accessing database exports on local devices.

4. Your Rights Under GDPR & Data Regulations

Because LoungeOS stores database information on your own hardware, you maintain absolute control over it. You have the right to edit, export, or delete any employee profile, transaction detail, or financial record directly from the app interface without submitting support tickets. If you request license termination, all license metrics on our licensing validation servers are purged instantly upon confirmation.
