One POS for every food and beverage outlet in your hotel

A hotel POS for food and beverage needs to handle several outlets with different staff and menus, while giving management one view of revenue, stock and profit. LoungeOS runs on a computer on the hotel’s own network. Outlets keep working when the internet fails, which matters for hotels outside major cities.

Outlets as service areas

Create a service area for each outlet, for example Restaurant, Lobby bar, Pool bar, Terrace and Room service, and add its tables or stations. Assign staff to their outlet, so the pool bar waiter sees only pool bar tables.

Food from any outlet goes to the kitchen display, and drinks go to the bar display. One kitchen can serve several outlets without paper tickets moving between floors.

Room service

Create a Room service area with one “table” per floor or per room range. Orders follow the same kitchen flow and can be paid on delivery in cash, by card or by mobile money. LoungeOS does not currently post charges to a hotel property management system (PMS) folio. If you need room-charge integration, contact us about Enterprise options.

F&B stock and accounting

Hotels lose margin quietly in F&B: minibar restocking, banquet over-orders, spoiled produce. LoungeOS gives you:

• One inventory for all outlets, with suppliers, low-stock alerts and recorded damage, waste and loss
• Double-entry accounting with revenue accounts you can split by outlet type (food sales, beverage sales, event services)
• Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow by date range, exportable for the hotel’s accountant

Events, conferences and banquets

Use the Events module to plan conferences, weddings and banquets with dates, location and capacity. Event revenue can be tracked in its own Event services revenue account.

Guests from everywhere

Configure the hotel’s operating currency, for example XAF, and the taxes that apply. Receipts carry the hotel’s name, address and logo. The interface is available in English and French.

No. LoungeOS is a POS and management system for food and beverage outlets. Room bookings stay in your hotel management software.

Can each outlet have different staff?

Yes. Each staff member has their own login and role, and waiters are assigned to the service area of their outlet.

Will it work in a hotel with poor internet?

Yes. LoungeOS runs on the hotel’s local network. Outlets connect to the host computer over Wi-Fi without needing internet.
