2. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

LoungeOS is provided to operators on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Specifically, we do not warrant that:

• The software will operate entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or without minor bugs.
• The local network connections configured by the operator will remain secure and stable without proper system administration.
• Any calculated taxation, inventory levels, or discount rates comply automatically with your local jurisdiction's tax codes. Operators must verify mathematical outputs against local legal requirements.

3. Local Network Security & Administration

Because LoungeOS is built with an offline-first architecture, the physical security, network routing, firewall configurations, and local access controls of the devices running the software are the sole responsibility of the operator. LoungeOS developers are not liable for data breaches, unauthorized voids, or internal theft occurring due to compromised local WiFi access points or shared device passwords.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, UI components, custom SVG graphics, designs, system architectures, database schemas, and proprietary local sync protocols are the intellectual property of LoungeOS. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, de-compilation, or redistribution of the software package is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement under international copyright and software IP protection treaties.
